Last year, for the redesign of their new website, I worked with Crafted Hospitality to photograph their Los Angeles location in Century City. I worked with their amazing team Chef de Cuisine Andrew Gavalla, Pastry Chef Shannon Swindle and General Manager Todd Thurman. The team in LA was such a dream to work with.
Now it was time to continue working this project on the east coast at Craft New York. Just a few weeks ago, I worked with another amazing team and am so excited to share with you the delicious food and desserts created by Chef Kyle Koenig and Pastry Chef Michal Shelkowitz. I couldn't have done this without my awesome assistant Jon Lemon.
My go to lenses for restaurant and food projects are usually Canon 100m Macro f/2.8L and Sigma 50mm f/1.4 Art (which I am really loving!). Profoto B1 and B2 lights provided beautiful light and allowed me to work swiftly in a live restaurant.
